Free store teardown

Stores built to sell,
not just to look good.

Most stores look fine and still leak sales — slow on mobile, no trust signals, a checkout that quietly loses people. Send us yours and a senior engineer will record exactly where, and how to fix it.

// What you get

A real deliverable,
not a sales call.

No slides, no discovery questionnaire. Just a senior engineer looking at your live store and telling you the truth.

01

A short teardown video

A senior engineer walks through your live store and points at exactly what is costing you sales.

02

A one-page action list

3–5 specific, prioritised fixes — the highest-impact ones first, in plain language.

03

An honest verdict

If your store is already solid, we will tell you. No fake urgency, no manufactured problems.

// The method

Audit → Build →
Convert → Scale.

The teardown is step one of how we work. Fix the earliest broken thing first — there is no point scaling traffic into a store that does not convert.

/ 01

Audit

We pull apart your store the way a buyer experiences it — speed, mobile, trust, the path to checkout.

/ 02

Build

Senior engineers fix the leaks: performance, UX, and the conversion path. No juniors, no handoffs.

/ 03

Convert

Instrument the funnel, tighten product and checkout pages, remove the friction that kills add-to-cart.

/ 04

Scale

Once it converts, we pour traffic and features in — confident every visitor lands on something that sells.

FAQ

Fair
questions.

The catch is: there isn't one. Here's why this works for us.

Is it really free?+

Yes. The teardown is a genuine deliverable, not a disguised sales call. We do them because the best way to show how we work is to actually do some of it.

What platforms do you cover?+

Shopify and WooCommerce mainly — that is most of what we build. WordPress, custom Next.js storefronts, and headless setups are fine too.

Who records it?+

A senior engineer who actually ships stores — the same people who would build the fixes. The person who scopes it is the one who builds it.

What happens after?+

You get the video and the action list, and you can take them and run with them yourself. If you would rather we implement the fixes, we can talk about that — no pressure.

How long does it take?+

We send most teardowns within two business days.
